How to Use

1) WHO CAN USE MY PLAN ?
Your vacation plan can be used by anyone you authorize to use it. The reservation must be requested by the Vacation Owner or any person listed on the actual Unique Vacation contract.

2) HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
The most common method of making a reservation is via email (reservations@unique-vacations.com) You can also go to our website (www.unique-vacation.com). The Unique Vacation plan is sold in various countries therefore you will be given a separate document giving you all of the Unique contact information in your area.

3) HOW IT WORKS
You purchased a plan type allowing you a certain number of resort nights to be used. The guideline below illustrates how you can use your nights by selecting a hotel type and time of year you want to travel. There is a 3 night minimum reservation per request.

*Most exchanges with the exchange company require you to give them at least a 3 star resort for exchange purposes

CHANGING OR CANCELLING A RESERVATION

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed reservation you may do so by emailing our reservation department . There will be a handling fee as follows:

Change or cancel 90 days plus form the confirmed date: $50

Change or cancel 31 to 89 days from the confirmed date: $100

In most cases no changes can be made 30 days or less from the confirmed arrival date. No shows are consider time used.

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SPACE AVAILABILITY.

4) ACTIVATION FEE
There is an activation fee due and payable to Cancun Savon Tours S.A. de C.V. throughout the life of your vacation plan. The activation fee varies depending on the type of plan you have and is payable prior to receiving a reservation confirmation. Below is a chart of current corresponding fees per plan.

NOTICE:  As per May 2016 Activation are subject to 4.2%  increase due to United State Consumer Price Index increase.  For some destinations with very high inflationary rate extra nights could be required to compensate cost deviation.

In the event you request a reservation using less than your plans number of nights you will still pay the full activation fee and will have a credit for the unused time. If you request more than your plan´s annual number of nights you will pay the second fee and have a credit for the unused time.

EXAMPLE
Plan type: Platinum. If you reserve 15 nights in the year you will pay the activation fee of $1200. You will have a credit balance you can use in your next requested reservation.

Plan type: Platinum. If you reserve 28 nights, you will need to pay the difference of 7 nights activation fee.

5) ACCOMMODATIONS: Varies in each resort and can including maximum # of people per room.

6) ACCELERATION: You can accelerate or accumulate the use of your nights. Please contact us for further details.

7) DESTINATIONS: Unique reserves the right to add, edit, and/or delete destinations as it deems beneficial to the plan.

8) EXCHANGE COMPANIES: Unique-Vacation has affiliations with exchange companies that offer accommodations around the world. Unique-Vacation does not manage or control these exchange companies and is not responsible for any fees, reservations (requested or confirmed), or accommodations of the exchange company.

9) EXTRA CHARGES: While traveling you may incur extra charges that are not the responsibility of Unique Vacation. Examples: airport transfers, taxis, food, tours, tips, etc.

10) UPGRADES: We encourage you to upgrade your plan. Once you are a Unique Vacation Owner you will be allowed special pricing to upgrade and/or add time to your current plan.

11) REFERRALS: We love referrals !!! And so will you! We offer an aggressive reward for you when you refer someone that purchases a Unique-Vacation plan. Ask your customer service representative for further details.

12) SPECIAL PROGRAMS: Unique Vacation will have special pricing on tours, restaurants, car rentals & more in each Unique-Vacation destination.

13) ALL INCLUSIVE: Many resorts offer an all inclusive food and beverage plan. This expense is not included in your vacation plan.

14) TRADE IN’S: If you trade to unique-vacation a vacation plan you currently own, you must complete and sign the proper documentation corresponding to the transfer of your plan to Unique-Vacation S.A. de C.V.

15) MODIFICATIONS: From time to time unique-vacation may make modifications to the vacation plan as it deems necessary in order to benefit the owners of the plans.

16) ADMINISTRATION: Cancun Savon Tours S.A. de C.V. (a Mexican corporation) has contracted Unique Vacation S.A. de C.V. to promote and sell Unique Vacation plans to the general public.

17) BUDGET: Cancun Savon Tours operates on an annual budget that is foretasted on or before the 15th of December each year. As the raising cost of expenses occur, Cancun Savon Tours may (if necessary) have the need to increase the annual activation fee. In the event of an increase in the fee the amount of the increase cannot be greater than the current increase in the consumer price index of the U.S.A. for that period.

Annual payments are required, the date of payment depends on when you purchased the program.

Payment dates would be either first of January or July.

We accept: Credit or PayPal.

Payments can be completed over telephone, transfer or online.

Travels may commence upon purchase of the program, as long as the down payment has been received.

Make your reservations through our 1-800 number or online.

First come, first serve basis: reservations made 90 days in advance are guaranteed placement.

There is no penalty for cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date.

Rescheduling is accepted and recommended.

Cancellations under 30 days prior to booking will lose 50% of the reservation.
